Corporate Administrator

Due to growth, our Client is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their team of professionals.

Responsibilities will be;

  • To perform administrative duties for the Company or any Group company, partnership or entity as may be requested by the Employer;
  • To assist in corporate, legal and financial compliance matters in relation to the Company or any Group company, partnership or entity or any of their clients;
  • To perform duties as a corporate services provider administrator for the clients of the Company;
  • To cultivate and maintain a satisfactory relationship with the clients and all business associates;
  • To liaise, coordinate and keep informed the corporate manager;
  • To liaise and coordinate with other persons and entities within the Group;
  • To liaise and coordinate with the Employer’s external advisors and auditors;
  • To liaise and coordinate with the MFSA and any other competent regulatory authority;
  • To maintain the administration of compliance processes and update client’s files on a regular basis;
  • To perform the necessary KYC and due diligence checks;
  • To report suspicious activity and assist in investigations accordingly;
  • To perform all other actions and duties necessary for the performance of the above specifications. 

Experience, Education & Skills

  • A minimum of two to three years experience in a similar role;
  • Previous experience working with a corporate service provider;
  • A degree level of education;
  • A strong command of the English language both written and spoken;
  • Well organised and efficient.
