Our client, offer Audit & Assurance, Accounting, Business Consultancy and Tax services to their local and international clients. They pride themselves on providing a quality, focused and reliable service.

They are now seeking to recruit a highly organized secretary to join their team.

Job Description

Reporting to company director, the main responsibilities include:

  • Handling and directing phone calls as necessary
  • Typing reports
  • Issuing sales invoices through SAGE
  • Organising and scheduling meetings
  • Handling of any travel arrangements
  • Scanning and filing
  • Greeting clients
  • Ensuring stationery and office supplies are kept up to date
  • Going to MFSA when required
  • Other secretarial duties as required.


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required
  • Excellent communication skills, primarily in the English language
  • A good understanding of SAGE would be an asset
  • Must be extremely organised and able to prioritise
  • Have attention to detail
  • Fully conversant in Microsoft Applications
  • Able to work on his/ her own initiative
  • Able to multitask
  • Can-do attitude
  • Valid Driving Licence.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
