Introduction

We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to work within the Hospitality industry. Applicants must hold an A-Level in Accounts for this role.

Organization

Our client is a group of hotels in the Sliema/Gzira area.

Function

The Accounts Clerk will be reporting to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing all accounting and clerical for the accounts department
  • Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  • Preparing bank and cash deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconciling accounts in a timely manner
  • Entering daily and key data of financial transactions on database etc.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an A-Level pass in Accounts, have excellent organisational and communications skills, a meticulous work to adhere to tight deadlines.
