Accounts Clerk

Our Client is seeking to recruit an accounts clerk to assist in the Finance Department by performing clerical and accounting work in line with the company's business strategy 

Key Responsibilities

  • 3-way matching and posting of supplier invoices
  • Supplier Account statement reconciliations and follow-up on any discrepancies
  • Payment processing
  • Freight suspense account reconciliation and postings
  • Month-end export freight accruals
  • Weekly follow-up on accrued purchases with Purchasing / Engineering depts

Key Requirements

  • AAT or A Level Standard 
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in English and Maltese
  • Verbal and written skills
  • Computer Literate (Office Applications)
  • Interpersonal skills
